It has the characteristics of high strength, permeability resistance, erosion resistance and high temperature resistance, which can effectively protect the inner wall of aluminum electrolyzer and extend its service life.
As an aluminum electrolyzer blocking layer, it can prevent Na, NaF and crolyte melt from further penetrating into the thermal insulation layer, prevent the protective layer from being eroded, make its thermal insulation ability lasting, so as to protect the normal use of the electrolyzer and improve the service life of the aluminum electrolyzer.
1. High strength: high strength impermeable brick of aluminum electrolytic cell is made of high quality raw materials and fired at high temperature. It has high strength and can withstand high temperature and high pressure generated in the process of aluminum electrolysis to ensure the stability of the electrolytic cell.
