LZ-60 high alumina brick belongs to the neutral refractory material, with good resistance to acid, alkaline slag, resistance to metal liquid erosion and oxidation, reduction reactivity, and high thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770 ℃, good slag resistance and so on.
The high-LZ-60 high-alumina brick produced by Zhengzhou Jianxin refractory materials uses rotary kiln GL-70 raw materials with good calcination, with the advantages of bulk density above 3 g/cm, water absorption rate less than 5%, high sintering temperature, low content of Na O and K O, etc. At the same time, appropriate amount of mullite is added to strengthen the matrix, and the high-temperature volume effect of some natural minerals is utilized, so as to achieve the characteristics of high load softening temperature, high temperature, high flexural strength and small thermal expansion rate.
